Cheer Information
Squads
Although somewhat dependent on registration numbers, the squads typically consist of a D8 squad (ages 5-8), a D10 squad (ages 7-10), and a D14 squad (ages 11-14). D8 is an exhibition team and a great place to start!
Games (Sideline Cheer)
Each of our squads will be cheering for a football team at all games, including the Jamboree, regular season games (4 home and 4 away), and playoff games.
Competitions
D8 is an exhibition squad and will perform at two competitions. D10 & D14 are competitive squads and will compete in a minimum of 2 competitions, with an opportunity to compete in up to 5 competitions, depending on how far they advance.
Equipment
Uniforms are provided by the Bengals and must be returned at the end of the season.
Cheerleaders are asked to cover the cost of their own cheer shoes (~$40-$50) and warmups (~$40-$50), both of which are ordered by the Bengals in bulk.
2022 Season
Practices are 2-3 nights per week for ~2 hours, starting in mid-August. The day/time will depend on coach and gym availability. The season runs through mid-November.
Registration Fees
D8 = $85
D10 & D14 = $160
